’ Colyer Watson and Company, Ltd, the subsidiary of Colyer Watson Holdings, ■ Ltd, has paid cash for a 50 per cent holding in the Fruit land Produce Growers’ • Export Company of New ‘Zealand, Ltd. The Fruit and Produce company, although in its infancy, was making steady progress in the export of I New Zealand’s agricultural produce, said the directors of Colyer Watson Holdings. “The directors look to this investment as a worthwhile e x p o r t-oriented diversification,” they said. The acquisition was provisional upon the receipt of all necessary approvals from the ' Overseas Investment Commission and other statutory bodies.
