D. A. Cameron suspended

PA Invercargill D. A. Cameron, was suspended up to and including December 11 at the Wyndham Trotting Club’s meeting on Saturday. , After the running of the Majestic Chance Pace, G. R. Shirley (Quiet Majestic) and D. A. Cameron (Bora Direct) were questioned regarding the manner in which Bora Direct left the fence racing down the back straight for the last time. After hearing evidence from Shirley and Cameron, viewing the film, and taking into account the committee’s own observations, it was decided that Cameron was guilty of causing interference to Quiet Majestic and his horseman's licence was suspended up to and including December 11. Warnings were issued to the connections of 11 horses to improve the racing manners of their horses. Those concerned were Honour Bright, The Banker, Aventureux, Concorde Lord, Liebestraum, Mark, Scottish Winter, Sleepy, Libby’s Dream, Sly Dig and Guyella,
