Events arranged, for this week of the school holidays include: Central Library: Astrology week at the library. Today, 11 a.m. to 12 noon, science fiction stories. Tomorrow, 'll a.m. to 12 noon, .science'fiction films. Wednesday, 11 a.m. to 12 noon, a talk by the police on search and rescue operations. Thursday, 11 a.m. to 12 noon, making science fiction masks. Friday, 11 a.m. to 12 noon, science fiction fancy dress. Children: come as something from Star Wars. New Brighton Library: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, stories and art and craft work, from 2.30 to 3.30 p.m. Spreydon Library: Today, painting and drawing, 2.30 to 3.30 p.m. ■ Tomorrow, story hour, 2.30 to 3.30 p.m. Wednesday, macrarhe, 2.30 to 3.30 p.m. Thursday and Friday, story hotir, 2.30 to 3.30 p.m. Papanui Library: All activities from 2:30 to 3.30 p.m. daily. Today, denjonstration of how to make furniture for a dolls house. Tomorrow and Thursday, story time and poetry. Wednesday, a talk from a fireman. Friday, model making.
