College beaten in final
PA Wellington Wanganui Collegiate won the fifty-third quadrangular rugby tournament with a tense, 4-0, victory over Christ’s College, in Wellington yesterday. It was the sixteenth win in the tournament for Wanganui, and was decided in
the twelfth minute when it’s No. 8 forward, Rob Parsons, burst through three tackles to score the only points. Though the winners had a big weight advantage in the forwards, the match contained few thrills as the packs struggled for possession.
