THE POSITION: The position arises due to internal promotion and provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a wide range of management accounting activities. The main objective of the position is to provide effective information to all levels of management to enable them to measure performance against predetermined objectives. Key activities include weekly and monthly management reporting, budgeting, price applications, evaluation of capital expenditure proposals, supervision and training, plus responsibility for maintenance and development of reporting systems. QUALIFICATIONS: The successful applicant will preferably possess A.C.A. or B.Com. or B.C.A. or equivalent and will ideally have had accounting experience in the manufacturing industry.
