The well-known Bay of Islands deep-sea skipper, Jack Brittan, has been joined on the “Lady Lola” by his son, Chris, who has gained his master’s certificate. The pair are known to a large number of Canterbury regulars who fish the well-stocked northern waters. Jack has been with Fullers, operators of sea trips in the Bay, for about 20 years.
