1:5 bonus by W. Horton
PA Auckland Wilson and Horton, Ltd, plans to make a one-for-five bonus share issue from the asset revaluation reserve, making it tax-free. The directors expect to maintain the dividend rate of 18c a share on the higher capital. The new shares will rank equally with existing shares, and will qualify for the interim dividend for the 1979-80 year normally paid! in December. The issue is subject to ap- 1 proval by shareholders at a ; meeting on August 17.
