Travelling scholarship

The registrar of Lincoln College (Mr G. A. Hay) has been awarded an administrative travelling fellowship by the Association of Commonwealth Universities. The award allows estab--1 i s h e d administrative officers to visit universities in other Commonwealth countries to study problems of professional interest.
