Travelling scholarship
The registrar of Lincoln College (Mr G. A. Hay) has been awarded an administrative travelling fellowship by the Association of Commonwealth Universities. The award allows estab--1 i s h e d administrative officers to visit universities in other Commonwealth countries to study problems of professional interest. Mr Hay will visit universities in Canada and Britain where schools of agriculture are a feature of the institution. He will take part in a senior univ e r s i t y administrator’s course at the University of Western Ontario and study the influence of statute law and common law on university administration.
