Senior golfers in command
Many of Canterbury’s promising junior golfers found that there is still a gap to be bridged to the top company when they played senior opponents in the first of three mateh-play trials at Coringa yesterday. Although the winning margins in individual matches were not officially recorded, there were several big wins by some of the province’s older and more experienced players.
