Barrington wins indoor bowls
Clive Barrington won the right to represent Cante, bury in I the national final in Christchurch 1 on July 24 when he beat Jennifer urine, 11-8. m the A.N.Z. junior indoor bowls smiles competition at Kearneys Road during the week-end The W mdsor player got away to a great start in the final against Miss Orme and had a 9-0 lead after six ends. Miss Orme came back with a two and a single, but the game was virtually Barrington's when he scored another two and th« single and twos then managed b> Miss Orme were insufficient to bridge the gap.
