A.B. Consolidated Holdings, Ltd, says that notice has been received from Somes Holdings, Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of A. S. Paterson and Co, Ltd, of its intention to make an offer of 130 c for each of the 200,000 51 per cent cumulative redeemable preference shares in A.B. Consolidated, other than those to which members of the Paterson group are already beneficially entitled.
