Good news
Sir, —On the radio this morning a Spanish nun was interviewed. She had been working in a remote part of India, but was staying with a family in New Zealand who were giving her a much deserved holiday. She was overjoyed to find in New Zealand so many committed Christians from all sections of the Church meeting in homes and halls for worship, prayer Bible study and fellowship. She will take back to India the memory of these believers flowing together. In a country that in her eyes seemed to have every luxury and comfort, she was delighted to find so much vital spiritual life, particularly among the young people. Surely this is good news in a world of bad news.—Yours, etc (Mrs) MARJORIE GEOGHEGAN. Mav 9, 1979.
