At an age when most people have settled gracefully into retirement, the veteran American film actress, Katharine Hepburn, is still going strong. Now 69, Miss Hepburn is shown in her role as Miss Moffet in the television film of the Emlyn Williams classic, “The Corn is Green.” Miss Moffet is a sturdy spinster who opens a school in a Welsh mining town. The film was shot on location. Miss Hepburn is best remembered for her roles with Spencer Tracy, and also with Humphrey Bogart in “The African Queen.”
