Pakistan trails Australia
NZPA Perth At the end of a dreary third day's play at the W.A.C.A. ground at Perth yesterday, Pakistan was 19 for one in its second innings in the second cricket test against Australia. Earlier, Australia were dismissed for 327, giving it a first innings lead of 50 runs. Pakistan made a poor start to its second innings when Rodney Hogg had Majid Khan caught in the gully for a “duck” with th* eighth ball of the innings. However, Mudassar Nazar and Zaheer Abbas held out until stumps. Today will be the rest day and the game will continue tomorrow and end on Thursday.
