Clarke and Chapman I Proprietary, Ltd, insurance 'broker of Australia, have increased their shareholdings in the company to majoritycontrol, by the acquisition of all the shares formallyowned by Mr O. R. Barlow IMr P. J. B. Stinson, a director of Stinson Pearce, Ltd, and Jardine Matheson and Company Fiji, Ltd, has been appointed chairman of the board of International Insurance, and Mr B. R. Vincent (managing) and Mr K. R. Wilson, become directors.
