100 for Mackie
Last Saturday was a good one for John Mackie, the Riccarton senior wicketkeeper. He hit the winning runs for his side against Old Collegians in a flurry of attack the match brought his total dismissals to 100, and he is two clear of his rivals in dismissals this season.
The young Canterbury bowler, Stephen Bateman, reached an aggregate of 100 wickets in senior cricket on the same day.
