WATER RIGHT 994 The right to dam an unnamed tributary of Cascade Creek at or about map reference NZMSI-524: 263705 to impound water for operational water supply purposes at the mine. WATER RIGHT 995 The right to take from an impoundment in an unnamed tributary at Cascade Creek at or about map reference NZMSI-524: 263705 up to 1300 cubic metres of water per day for operational water supply purposes at the mine. WATER RIGHT 996 The right to discharge into a gully leading to the Cascade Creek at or about map reference NZMSI-524: 262703 up to 1300 cubic metres per day of coal dewatering waste at the mine.
