THE APPLICANT - should be familiar with and have a sound general knowledge of the agricultural and horticultural industries. - should have experience in modern industrial training methods. - should possess the ability to meet people readily and communicate effectively. - will require initiative, enthusiasm and self-reliance to cope with a position that is demanding, challenging but satisfying to the right person.
