Collectors needed
Collectors are needed for the Canterbury Surf Lifesaving Association’s annual street appeal on Friday. Money raised by the appeal would be divided between the association and Canterbury surf clubs said the apj peal’s organiser (Mr R. Jones). The collection will begin at 7 a.m. The appeal headquarters will be the State Trinity Centre at the corner of Manchester Street and Worcester Street.
