Mahony, S.M., were Gary Moulton; ' Brian Keith Sherie, aged 30, '(salesman: Stephen John 1 Sherie, aged 27, labourer; : j Terence Albert Bell, aged 36; j journalist; David George ’(McMahon, aged 25, driver; ' I Robert Lourie, aged 25, '(labourer; and Barry Reginald Phease, aged 22, student. Moulton entered no pleas to charges of behaving in a ( disorderly manner in a 1 public place, namely the ■ Waitemata Harbour, wilfully obstructing a constable and refusing to give particulars. Stephen Sherie entered no plea to charges of behaving! in a disorderly manner m the harbour and wilfully obstructing a constable, and was remanded on $5OO bail to January 26. Bell and Lourie entered no pleas to separate charges of wilfully obstructing the police and were remanded on bail until January 26. McMahon was remanded on $5OO bail to February 16 for a defended hearing. Phease entered no plea to a charge of wilfully obstructing a constable at Mission Bay. He was remanded on bail to January 2G.
