Mix with port
There are some very respectable New Zealand ports available, and almost all local ports make an excellent base for port flip. Mix one large glass of port with a teaspoon of sugar, and the yolk of one egg. Shake briskly, and
sprinkle with cinnamon. If you seek something a little stronger, try a Sloppy Joe; mix one part of port with one of brandy, and add two parts of pineapple juice. Add two dashes of Cointreau, and ice.
