Hair salon fire
Fire engines from three 1 brigades were called to fight a fire in a Lichfield Street I’ hairdressing salon early on i Saturday evening. Appliances from the I ’ Christchurch Central, St ’ 1 Albans and Spreydon bri-i gades attended the alarm, which was at the David I Bradford salon. Breathing apparatus was used by the ■ firemen. Most of the damage ■ was confined to the basemen,. Fire Service safety: Officers were still looking 1 ■ yesterday for the origin of! the fire. |1 !
