Cashel Street mall
Sir, —- M. C. Bollinger is to be congratulated on warning ratepayers of the proposal to spend $2 million of their money on another unwanted city council project. It is difficult to imagine that anyone would benefit from a mall in Cashel Street which could lead only to further chaos in the traffic flow. Perhaps the Mayor needs to be reminded that there is a limit to the patience of ratepayers for these extravagant schemes, and the limit has already been exceeded. — Yours, etc.,
P. E. BOURNE. December 29, 1978.
