A Whangarei lawyer acting for Mrs Daily said ves-! terday in Auckland that'she intended to fight to the end of her resources to get Emelyn returned to Britain. Mr B. Kain, acting for Mrs Daily, said his client had originally indicated that she might not need to come to New Zealand to win back the child but now it appeared that she would have to. “She will certainly be coming if there is any move to stop the child returning to Britain — if she can afford to.
“I know she will find it a considerable struggle. “I’m not sure what means she has.
“But I do know she is very determined." „J an Daily, a former whangarei security guard, is in custody after he was arrested on a provisional warrant when he arrived at Auckland with Emelyn.
