Med. Supplies accepts bid
The directors of Medical Supplies (NX) Ltd, have considered the formal notice from New Zealand Farmers’ Fertilizer Co., Ltd, of its takeover offer for all shares in Medical Supplies, and unanimously recommend to shareholders acceptance of the offer. The Medical Supplies directors will accept the offer in relation to their own share holdings. The offer is 250 c cash a share and is subject to the consent of the Examiner of Trade Practices. The last day for acceptance is February 16.
