The position calls for a creative thinking person with leadership skills to work as an active and co-operative member of the Board's senior administrative team on a wide consultative basis leading to informed decision making. Applicants must be qualified members of the Nursing Profession and should hold a New Zealand Postgraduate Diploma of Nursing and/or other appropriate post graduate qualifications. In addition applicants should possess wide experience in hospital nursing services and knowledge of all aspects of the N.Z. Nursing Education System.
