Israel set to sign

NZPA-Reuter Jerusalem President Jimmy Carter will be invited to sign an Is-raeli-Egyptian peace treaty in Jerusalem and Cairo, Israel's Prime Minister (Mr Menachem Begin) has said. Mr Begin expressed confidence that his Cabinet would vote today to accept the draft of the treaty as it stood 10 days ago. Ten days ago Israel rejected the draft.
