Flood relief report
A Christchurch Drainage Board environmental assessment of the proposed Woolston Cut project and its associated stopbanks will be ready next month. After it is received by the board, the report will be available for public inspeci tion at the board’s office. Part of it will assess the effect on water quality in the Heathcote River loop that would mostly be cut off by the flood--1 relief channel.
