Head of police back in Chch
After an absence of six months. Deputy Assistant Commissioner G. E. Twentyman yesterday took over again as Commander of the Christchurch Police District. Mr Twenyman was one •f only four officers from outside Britain to attend this year’s senior police command course in England. He spent most of rhe six months studying in Britain, but also visited F. 8.1. headquarters in Washington, and police centres in New York.
