Malcolm McCallum and Mark Williams (shown) are two New Zealand artists enjoying success on the Australian music
scene. Both appear on “Radio With Pictures’’ at 10.35 p.m. this evening singing "Who Is Your Love For,” and “Wanna
Give You My Love” respectively. Two other New Zealand acts on the show are the “group of the year.” Golden Harvest, singing the Jimi Hendrix number “AU Along the Watchtower”
from their new album, and Radio Waves personality, Andy Anderson, singing “Politrix” — his own composition about politi:ians.
Overseas acts on the show include Pablo Cruise, Rita Coolidge, The Who, ind Magazine. Promoters of large rock •oncerts in New Zealand often have difficulty getting the required number of pre-bookings to justify bringing overseas artists into the country. The Thin Lizzy concert was cancelled due to apparent lack of support, but it was not the first to suffer this ■'ate.
