Delius and Fenby
In the last years of his life, from 1928 to 1934, the English composer, Frederick Delius, was blind and paralysed. During those years Eric Fenby acted as Delius’s amanuensis, arranging his music and taking it down from dictation. In the Concert radio programme tonight he describes one of his experiences.
