Cruelty to animals
Sir, — In the last few days there have been several letters on the subject of cruelty to animals. I wish to support them sincerely, and trust that in future laws may be made sufficiently severe to help stamp out any form of cruelty to animals — a slur on any nation. Gin traps should also be forbidden. — Yours, etc., E. M. JENNINGS. November 2, 1978.
