This motion rejects the Secretary's “Job-For-Life” and seeks to impose a lour year term on the following grounds:— ;d) Orderlies Nursing Duties. Payment evaded for eight I years. (4) No extra holidays for shiftwork orderlies. (5) Orderlies who work on statutory holidays get no day in lieu. (6) The employer will not display openly when board holidays are due. Men then lose these two days. (7) Female cleaners wetscrub floors with an telectric power scrubber and no transformer. Often in bare feet. (8) Female cleaners are obliged to work piecework. No. 1 has caused a toss of thousands of dollars. No. 7 causes a loss of life or limb. These points have been protested for five years and more. We believe the notice of motion is a just and logical step with these mattes of inaetvitiy.
