Land values double
Property values in Kai» koura County have increased from 531.6 M five years ago to 567.1 M as of July this year, according to the Valuation Department.
Land value in the county is now at $34.7M compared with 515.2 M in 1973; the value Of improvements is now $32.4M, compared with 516.4 M five years ago. The Valuation Department’s Blenheim office which made the revaluations, will receive objections until November 10.
