Bi» station sold within N.Z.
PA Wellington An offer has been accepted for the 22,000-acre Hakataramea station, at Kurow, owned by Daigety, Ltd, of the United Kingdom. Mr M, W, D. Anderson, of Daigety New Zealand, Ltd, said in Wellington last evening that the accepted offer of an undisclosed sum was made by a group of New Zealand residents. The future of the property has been a cause of controversy in recent weeks, especially in North Otago. It was under offer for several months to the Government, which decided against purchase.
