PA Auckland An eleventh weekly DC-10 service across the Pacific between New Zealand and North America is planned by Air New Zealand to begin on December 14, subject to Government approval. December 14 marks the anniversary of the company's first service to the United States, using DC-8 aircraft, in 1965. From December 14, the east-bound services will be: Auckland-Honolulu-Los
Angeler (five a week); Auck-land-Nadi-Honolulu-Los
Angeles (two); AucklandNadi Los Angeles (one); Auckland-Papeete-Los Angeles (two); Christchurch-Auck-land-Rarotonga-Honolulu-Los Angeles (one).
