Soccer match transferred
Trans Tours United’s last home match in this season’s Rothmans Soccer League will be played at Queen Elizabeth II Park. The match, against Columbus Waterside on Saturday, was to be played at English Park, but that ground is in poor condition after recent rain and the match between W.D.U. and United last Saturday did not help its erySaturday’s game will begin at 2.00 p.m. United’s last match will be against Blockhouse Bay in Auckland on either September 30 or October 1. The curtain-raiser on Saturday will be a Tavern Trophy challenge match between two Sunday soccer league sides, Avonhead Tavern and Royal George, starting at 12.15 p.m.-
