PA Auckland Sir Albert Henry will not attempt a political come-back in a Cook Islands by-election next month. The chief electoral officer (Mr J. Gosselin) confirmed yesterday that the deposed Premier had not been nominated for the Mitiaro Island
by-election. Nominations closed on Tuesday. Sir Albert hinted last month that he might stand for the seat, a Cook Island Party stronghold.
