The right for a period expiring on August 31. 1980, to take up to 4925 cubic metres of water a day from two 254 mm bores at a rate of up to 57 litres/ second for each bore adjacent to the Hurunui River at or about map River al or about map reference NZMSI 561:119368 for the purpose of continuous dampening of a sawlog stockpile at Balmoral Forest. 2. The right for a period expiring on August 31. 1980, to discharge up to 5000 cubic metres of drain age water per day from the sawlog stockpile area by natural drainage to the Hurunui River at Balmoral Forest. ROLLESTON PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Ellesmere County Council has completed the procedure required for the stopping of Arthur Street, Rolleston. More particularly the Council has: laj Obtained the consent of the Minister of Lands in August, 1977. <b) Resolved to proceed with the stopping of Arthur Street on May 16, 1977. (c) Re-affirmed the decision I to stop the said street, following the hearing of objections, on April 17. i 1978. id* Obtained an order from the Magistrate's Court | confirming the said decision on August 15, 1978. Pursuant to the provisions of Section I9IA (5) th) of the Counties’ Act. 1956. and the Eighth Schedule thereto the road known as Arthur Street in the township of Rolleston. as shown on the plans numbered 5.0.14283 and 5.0.14284 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Christchurch, is hereby declared to be stopped.
