Marlborough, Nelson: Showers persisting about the western ranges of Nelson and the Kaikoura coast, elsewhere becoming fine; moderate to fresh west to south-west winds; cool. Buller, Westland: Fresh west to south-west winds; showers becoming less frequent during the day. Outlook: Showers on the West Coast, mainly fine elsewhere.
