FEWER SHARES ROSE
Falls remained the same in number yesterday as in the previous two days, but rises dwindled in number as the New Zealand sharemarket declined. Retailers remained weak, and a number of the larger companies lost a cent or two more. N.Z. Forest was unable.to hold its price ahead of an 8c dividend on Monday. MSI Corp., traded' heavily recently at steady prices, was down 4c at 99c.
