Transport North Canterbury Holdings, Ltd, reports that audited net profit for the year to March 31 fell 31.2 per cent to $318,080, after the provision for taxation was down $150,17(6 at $29,940. The directors recommend a final dividend of 81 per cent, making an unchanged total dividend of 12| per cent for the year. The annual meeting will be held on September 8 and shares will be ex dividend on August 9.
