Special correspondent Auckland. Red Scabal is a three-5 ear-old *ta\er of some promises and he should prove too good for mainly moderate rivals in the Fleurs Stud Handicap at Te Rapa today. The event is the first leg of the T.A.B. concession double at the Cambridge Jockey Club’s restricted programme meeting. The second leg. the Lorigan Handicap, seems more even. Pingalong looks on the verge of winning form and he will be at fairly attractive odds. Red Scabal was third behind Pierree’s Order and Sir Hermes Ust time out at Avondale on June 14.
