Feltex (N.Z.) forms shoe company
Feltex New Zealand, Ltd, intends to form a new subsidiary, Feltex Footwear, Ltd, which will take over the group’s footwear business from July 1. Of this company’s share capital of $400,000, 24.9 per cent will be owned by KayCee International Pty, Ltd, of Victoria, a member of Australia’s biggest footwear manufacturers.
