Motukarara horse trials
More than 70 entrants competed in the one-day horse trials run at Motukarara under the same age groups as the forthcoming South Island Springston Trophy inter-branch teams’ event, which will be held al Tapanui, Southland. Results: Riders aged 16 and under.— Dressage: C. Mahony’s Neptune 1, C. Preece’s Equality 2, S Turner’s Trinket 3. Over-all: Nentune 1, Equality 2, A. Cromie’s Bacchus 3. Riders aged 14 and under.— Dressage: C. Mayhew’s Golden Banner 1, J, Cowie’s Clifton Jonquil 2, C. Grant’s Quinto and C. i O’Brien’s Robina eoual 3. Overjail: Golden Banner 1, Clifton 'Jonquil 2, P. Morten’s Kelly 3 i Riders aged 12 and under.— 'Dressage: F. Glassey’s Golden [Pride 1, P. Hauschild’s ThistleIdown 2, C. Thomas’s Kashan 3. i Over-all: Golden Pride 1. T. Cowey’s Benjamin 2, D.
