The Association operates homes and hospitals for the aged in Christchurch. Ashburton and Blenheim and it is in the process of establishing residential, hospital and day care for the aged in Rangiora. The Association has a social work team which does case work with the elderly and their families in the community. This is a new position in an expanding area of the Association s social work programme.
