Man dies, then house burgled
Soon after a Lyttelton resident died tn hospital this week his house was burgled, and $95 worth of goods stolen. Goods taken from the house, in Canterbury Street, included two transistor radios and a coin collection.
Burglars also broke into a house in Reserve Terrace, Lyttelton, and took goods to the value of $lO2O, and $l5OO in cash. The burglary is believed to have taken place between 6.30 p.m., and 11.30 p.m., on Wednesday. Property taken included a stereo and a portable television set.
