Broadlands expands
Broadlands Dominion Group, Ltd, has acquired the total shareholding of Blackwell Motors Finance, Ltd. The purchase was made on a straight cash basis and no issue of Broadlands shares is involved. Blackwell Motors Finance was formed some four years ago as the finance subsidiary of Blackwell Motors, Ltd. Broadlands is not acquiring any interest in the parent company, one of the South Island’s largest General Motors franchise holders.
Debenture holders in Blackwell Motors Finance will be invited to transfer their holdings into Broad lands debenture stock.
