( His Honour said that the ; ; Magistrate had declined to|* accept the plea of “autrefois : acquit” and had convicted 1 i Falla on September 13. 1977. 1 | It was held by his Honour I that Falla was hot in a situation in the Supreme Court < ) where he could have been 1 'subject to a charge of)* simple possession and the 1 plea of autrefois acquit was:’ not available to him. )s The appellant was ordered I to pay costs of $75 to the I police. f
