Emigration to Aust.
O NZPA Canberra About 15.000 New Zealanders were expected to emigrate to Australia next year, said the Australian Minister of Immigration (Mr Michael MacKellar) He was speaking at a press conference after an announcement, in the House of Representatives, of farreaching changes to Aust-
ralia's immigration policies and procedures. Mr MacKellar said that free flow entry 7 from NewZealand had been quite significant, and looked like continuing being fairly significant. At present, about 15 per cent of Australia’s total immigration intake is from New Zealand.
